Indiana Supreme Court Hears Challenge to Voter ID Law
Today, the Indiana Supreme Court heard oral arguments on a challenge to the state's voter identification law. Nearly two years ago, the U.S. Supreme Court upheld Indiana and Georgia's voter identification requirements in Crawford v. Marion County Election Board. The law is now being challenged by the League of Women Voters under the Indiana Constitution. Indystar.com reports that oral argument was quite lively.
