Last week we learned that ballots were still being counted in New York's 23 rd Congressional District. Conservative candidate Doug Hoffman is narrowing the gap. The National Review is reporting that New Jersey Democrats have been aggressively turning in absentee ballot applications. The problem is, they don't appear to have been signed by the voters.
