The reports of ACORN's death in USA Today are false. They've written that ACORN has already been defunded and have questioned whether it's necessary for Congress to continue efforts to defund ACORN. Treasury Agrees to Formal Review of ACORN

Fox News is reporting that "Treasury Inspector General J. Russell George has sent a letter to Sen. Susan Collins, R, ME, and Rep. Darrell Issa, R-CA, agreeing to conduct a formal review of ACORN and IRS's oversight of ACORN and other nonprofits.
