Todd Carroll is an attorney in Womble Carlyle's Columbia office, where he practices in the areas of First Amendment law, election law, and business litigation.
A member of the South Carolina Bar, Mr. Carroll is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina. He has represented Republican candidates and conservative organizations in a host of litigation matters, including election and campaign finance disputes.

Mr. Carroll received a J.D., with honors, from the Washington & Lee University School of Law in 2005, where he served as Executive Editor of the Washington & Lee Law Review. He earned a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Furman University in 2002.
