Vote Fraud Survey: In 2011, the Republican National Lawyers Association released a non-comprehensive survey of recent prosecutions of vote fraud across the country. 46 states have pursued charges since 2000.

2011 Wisconsin Elections: How Many Voters Will be Disenfranchised by Wisconsin's "Same Day Registration" System? On April 5, 2011, the RNLA released a Voter Fraud Alert on the system of Same Day Registration used in Wisconsin that is "too easily subject to both intentional fraud and unwitting incompetence" according to a recent scholarly RNLA study. We hope that the will of the voters will be represented today, and not that of corrupt operatives taking advantage of a flawed system in order to disenfranchise legitimate voters and steal an election. MN Recount 2010: A Review of How the 2008 Senate Race was Decided On November 29, 2010, the RNLA released a Voter Fraud Alert on how in 2008 and into 2009 the Republican National Lawyers Association followed the day to day happenings in the Minnesota Senate race, recount, and election contest between Al Franken and Norm Coleman. Officials Ensure Students and Prisoners Vote while Soldiers Wait: On October 20, 2010, the RNLA released a Voter Fraud Alert on a report out of Cincinatti that high school students were bussed to early voter locations and then given Democratic sample ballots and were later rewarded with ice cream. Former ACORN Employee Pleads Guilty to Voter Fraud: On October 18, 2010, the RNLA released a Voter Fraud Alert on a former ACORN employee in Milwaukee, Wisconsin who pleaded guilty to voter fraud in connection with the 2008 elections. Please click here for the alert.

Illinois Candidate’s Name Misspelled as “Whitey,” Candidate Questions Motives: On October 15, 2010, the RNLA released a Voter Fraud Alert on the news that the Chicago Elections Board misspelled the Green Party candidate for Illinois Governor on electronic-voting machines in nearly two dozen wards. Voter Fraud Alleged Against Brooklyn Democratic Chairman: On October 11, 2010, the RNLA released a Voter Fraud Alert on the Brooklyn Paper’s report that the Democratic Party Chairman in Brookyn, NY had allies improperly pressure voters at election locations last month. Felons Plead Guilty to Voting Illegally in 2008 Election: On October 6, 2010, the RNLA released a Voter Fraud Alert on two felons who admitted to voting illegally in Wisconsin in the 2008 presidential election. Please click here for a copy of the alert.

Former Wisconsin Election Official Convicted of Voter Fraud: On October 4, 2010, the RNLA released a Vote Fraud Alert on a former election official who was convicted of voter fraud after pleading guilty to submitting more than 50 false voter registration forms in the 2008 election. Growing Concerns Nationwide: On October 1, the RNLA released a Vote Fraud Alert on a Wisconsin man who plead guilty to submitting 54 fake voter registrations in Milwaukee during the 2008 presidential election. The man worked for Community Voter Project, an organization run by the non-profit environmental group Fund for the Public Interest. The alert also covers an Indiana report that overseas military ballots were not being mailed in time in St. Joseph County. DOJ Undercutting Principles of 1960’s Voting Rights Act: On September 29, 2010, the RNLA released a Vote Fraud Alert that highlights an opinion piece by Scripps Howard columnist Jay Ambrose who criticizes the Obama Justice Department for their actions in the New Black Panther Party case dismissal. What They’re Saying About Accusations Against the Justice Department and Voter Fraud: On September 28, 2010, the RNLA released a summary of press commentary on the testimony of Christopher Coates on the DOJ’s handing of the New Black Panther case before the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights. DOJ Civil Rights Division Ignoring Voter Fraud: On September 24, 2010, the RNLA released a Vote Fraud Alert that highlights a Fox News story reporting on the testimony of Christopher Coates, former voting chief for the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division, to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights. Coates, testifying despite stonewalling from the Justice Department, spoke of the DOJ’s decision to dismiss voter intimidation charges against members of the New Black Panther Party and the Department’s opposition to equal enforcement of the Voting Rights Act. Fresno Community Activist Pleads No Contest to Vote Fraud Charges: On September 22, the RNLA released a Vote Fraud Alert on the story of a woman in Fresno, California who is being charged with 33 felony counts of forgery, perjury, and filing false documents. The charges stem from the defendant filing 100 forged signatures on behalf of two candidates running for local office in an attempt to reduce filing fees for the candidates. Florida Voter Registration Rolls: On September 21, the RNLA released a Vote Fraud Alert on the story in South Florida's Sun-Sentinel that revaeals Florida's voter registration rolls include thousands of dead people and felons who by law should have been removed.
